that's actually how i use it. . .and, i only use it september through december. . .too many carbs for the rest of the year. . .
if you mix it with skim milk instead of water, it tastes like a damn milk shake. . .fuggin' stuff is addictive. . .
LOL- yep- best taste out there, but too much sat fat and carbs. I'll use the 1/2 and 1/2 mixture pre-workout and before bed for the slower acting casein protein in the MM.
