Damn you Muscle Milk!

A owner of one of the Max Muscle stores by me, told me Muscle Milk was recently caught not living up to label claims. They were using very inferior ingrediants that were no where near label claims. Any one here if this is true or not?

You've ruined me for any other protien. This stuff tastes so damn good. . .even mixed with water. . .that I can't believe it's actually good for you.

I have a couple of 5lb tubs of another manufacturer's swill laying around and I don't know what to do with it now. . .I don't think I can change back. . .I have some drywall work to do. . .maybe I'll mix it real thick and see if it works for joint compound.

I have the same love for Synthepure. Best and only whey isolate i use.

Too much saturated fat...I usually mix it with my whey protein for a half and half blend...still tastes good.

that's actually how i use it. . .and, i only use it september through december. . .too many carbs for the rest of the year. . .

if you mix it with skim milk instead of water, it tastes like a damn milk shake. . .fuggin' stuff is addictive. . .
