OK, we haven't had one of these in a while & I think it's long overdue....

Let's get right to the point; the bottom line is this man know his stuff...He brings to the table a wealth of knowledge on diet, training, supps, juice, PCT....and he always tells it like it is. No BS, No sugarcoating, exactly the way it should be....

He's helped me via PM's a few times and if I see his name in a post, I wanna read what he has to say...
