i would atleast stack it with test 200mg a week or deca 200mg a week for 10 weeks...for your first cycle..Considering your working out hard for the last 4 years and got to 185lbs at 5'11 with some what lower body fat then normal people, thats decent ...for a all natural guy ..
Your prob ready to hit the juice at this time 4 years i recommend 5 years natural training first to get the full muscle gain from your genetics ..before using steroids to break through the natural barrier..

OK, I'm wrong, they're right, and your punctuation, grammar and spelling really sucks. Instead of playing the board policeman I suggest you invest in Hooked On Phonics audio books since I doubt you're capable of fully understanding the printed version.
