cylce week 5...no results as of yet

I was going to ask what brand you were using, but I see it's not even allowed to be discussed here. That's unfortunate. There is no need to be taking eq and deca in the same cycle IMO.

^^^^^I agree.. its overkill. and 500mg deca per week is murder on the HPTA. 300mg is enough!
 
Youre eating too often bro. And you need carbs for the cycle. God to 3 really big meal/day + a shake or 2. This will slow down your metabolism so that you can gain. Right you are a calorie burning machine cuz youre eating so often, so youre not seeing the gains you should. Heavy carbs after your workouts.:evil: I know this is antiadvice, thats me!:biggrin:
 
its like you guys aren't reading what im writing.....so quick to jump down someones throat. Big fucking deal on the 12lbs. sorry i mentioned it. Its water and fat. Im eating like crazy....its called calories in vs. calories out....im taking in more then im using....therefore im gaining weight..this isnt rocket science.

BUT ITS NOT GOOD WEIGHT!!!

I train correct and eat correct...im not wasting my time posting my regimen....im not a beginner.....i wrote in for a reason...ive never used EQ b4...and ive only used deca once.....i may not be reacting to it well or maybe im not being patient enough. if i did all the same things on DBOL/SUS and Tren things would be kicking in now...from past experience.

So you might say...stick to what works for you then....well im trying to stay away from DBOL (Liver killer and Bloater).....too much test (hair loss).....and tren (hair loss..liver and out of control aggression).

So Ive gone what i perceive to be a more conservative route. I also believe that this gear is slightly under dosed..so don't get caught up on the amount....

So this is who i want to hear from......i want to hear from guys who have done similar cycles and their experiences.
 
this is a new cycle for me..i typically do a sus/dbol/tren type cycle...i typically see/feel a difference after about 4 weeks.

what im doing now...

HGH 3IU ED

WK 1-12 Test 500MG/wk
WK 1-12 eq 600MG/wk
WK 1-12 Deca 500MG/wk
wk 4-12 250iu HCG 2x's a week
.25mg's Arimidex eod

i know it takes some time for the EQ to kick in.

my diet is good...eating 5-6X day (40-50G Protein per)....just not seeing much of a difference in size/strength/leanness.

i put on 12lbs....but i think its because im eating a ton....the weight gain hasn't translated to many gains
you are running all long aesters my friend. What does the diet look like though...

with me on deca and test it was slow and steady gains.. a lot of water weight too. after my cycle I went after it and cut down on the weight. what i recommend if you think the gear is bunk is run a blood test. but i dont think thats the problem. also post before and after pics. you might be selling yourself short
 
my typical "bulk" diet:


Breakfast (8AM)
5 egg whites + 5 whole (yolk and white) omega 3 eggs scrambled with PAM
bowl of Old fashioned Oatmeal (with Skim +) with raisins/nuts/dried fruit (i cant do oatmeal plain)

Lunch #1 (11-1130AM)
3-4oz chicken (baked with marinade and water) with a side of brown rice of sweet potato)

Lunch #2 (2-3PM)
what ever the protein shake fo the month is....these days its Carnivore beef protein....in the past it was species isolyze..40-50G...sometimes ill throw in a banana...always mixed with water.

Lunch #3 (5-6PM)
3-4oz chicken (baked with marinade and water) with a side of brown rice of sweet potato)

pre-workout aminos around 7:30 - SciVation Xtend


i also add a few scoops in my gallon water jug while im training

dinner (10PM)
3-4oz chicken (baked with marinade and water) with a side of brown rice of sweet potato)....

i may add a protein shake in as well.

I try add another meal in there if i can...


Training...always to failure....always 2 mass builders per body part.....1 body part a week...im very conscious of over training.....but i hit them hard....ill do an hour of biceps...abs every day from different angels (alternating per day).

ill try to get at least 30 min of cardio in a day...overall i train 5X a week....6 if i can.

other sups......omega 3s, multis, extra B, C E, D, saw palmetto, r ala, cla
 
You wont see big strength increases with that stack IMO..
Just slow lean mass over time and strength will come..

If you don't get stronger from that your receptors are F&%$ed. Week 4 with these drugs in those amounts you should have strength gains by now. Its always slower with the those oils but you know that. Get a good two days rest eat a lot and go back big you're bound to feel it any day now.

Like needto said " you are running long esters". can easily take over 4 wks to notices gains especially if you area already lifting pretty hard before your cycle.

*Also important to note that in the past you have kicked w/ dbol correct? Nothing gives instant strength like dbol so it's very easy to to get caught comparing everything to to dbol kickers even when you're not taking it..I know myself I have don ethat in the past, where I was like wtf i am not getting gains like I should by now, but mean while I wasn't kicking w. the dbols like I did in the past..

I am currently taking:
500 test e
400 Mast e
600 EQ.

And slow gains... However, to me slow gains are solid gains.

I think if you wait it out a couple more weeks you'll be noticing
some solids gains..

in regards to the eq and deca, why the hell not... too many ppl equate eq w/ a cutting cycle, but if you take it for 16 wks... it will provide you with some solid gains..

this was exactly my goal with this cycle. as quickly as i gained with dbol/tren/winny.....i lost them just as quickly...i was told that eq/test would give me solid gains...takes longer but better quality.....

im just having a really bad week...my workouts were terrible...the cramping and acute inflammation concerned me. That was the whole point of the deca.

ill check back in 3 or 4 weeks...
