well its day three of:
50mgs abombs ed
50mgs test suspension ed
100mgs prop/75mgs tren ed
20mg of nolva
size wise i am practically back to where i was just before i came off ( had a successful pct for the first time ever so that helps)
10minutes on the stairmaster everyday i think is the magic number for keeping the love handles off and not hinder weight gain ( i have a very fast metabolism)
strength is drastically improving, noticing increased focus in the gym, and increased aggression outside of the gym.
diet:
alot of oatmeal
low fat ice cream
steak
chicken
vegies

started at 213 lbs. wanna get to 225lbs.
