ok i'm 25 been lifting for yonks, first gym membership when i was 15!
doing a cutter, been following this diet for 2 weeks prior to starting,300 cal defeciet below maintenance is working well.

i originally set this up for an overweight mate and then tweaked it to my numbers, i cut out some of the whiting and add some eggs sometimes keeping to calorie count tho.

goals are to cut right up whilst maintaining current muscle and hopefully gaining some.

first shot 3cc right quad. firts time with either test prop or mast prop. fucking cold here took a couple of minutes to get into syringe and a couple of minutes to get it out again. injection was quite painless, massaged the shit outta area. 25mg var.
workout this arvo, went ok considering the ever growing pain in my quad. fuck prop i can barely walk. feel shit, going to bed early to be fresh up for work in the am, and to escape the cold here.
 
leg still hurts like shit today, hard to walk without limping. dunno where t0 pin tomorrow, this is an 8 week cycle, 4 days after last shot i start nolva 20-20 prob only 2 weeks i reckons alongside pp test recov stack for 4 weeks. hcg fromn week 4 2x200iu pw last hit day 1 week 8.
 
Gonna go glutes this mornin, never pinned myself in the glutes too awkward, but i really dont wanna get this pain in my other quad. squats tonight. what i put down to being test flu appeared about 12hrs after first hit and was fucked off by the next morning. leg still hurts but has subsided down to a dull ache.face is starting to feel greasier already, hopefully this'll make all the chest hair fall out,haha i wish.
 
shot glutes this morning, almost straight away there was a 50c coin sized swelling just under the skin, i guess the muscle didn't take it all, 3ccs, slight dull pain there now but nothing like the quad shot. quad still hurts a lil. did workout this arvo. no strength gains yet, slightly better pumps, workout went well.

glute inj site hurt pretty bad whilst i was trying to sleep last night, not bad thismorning tho, big bruise 2" in diameter and some swelling. got a shithouse set of bei scales the electric ones that read your bf%. although they are far from accurate they are showing my diet is working well cos i'm maintaining the same weight but lost 6 points of bf. cant be the juice yet cos this is only day 4 now.
 
Yeah 3 ml is alot in 1 one muscle although it has been done many times.

mast and test is a great mix for sex, hard as shit and ready to go again pretty soon after blowing. keeping portion sizes down, starting to look pretty good.
 
ok back home now, gonna post up some pics of what happens when you shoot where you still have a bruise from the last shot, haha dumb fuck. out of inj sites i would want to hit, last delt one was fucked, wont shoot prop in quads again, biceps or calves would be pretty fuckin painful. might do left delt. lost a lot of fat. back on diet again as of tomorrow.
 
weight is up fat % is down, good results so far. just shot left delt 3cc's about 5hrs ago, wasn't that a fucked idea, it hurts like shit already, will be a long week on that shoulder i thinks. dont ever use any viagra when on this combo, you completely dont need to anyways but it fun of course, didn't have priaprism by any means but it was pretty hard to get him down, lil worn out today. gym again tomorrow.

just got back from gym, good workout, lifts are all up. sick pumps. cunt of a cold day up here today.
starting to think maybe they -gay lube oil cocksuckers- sent me a weak dose of dbol rather than the var, i've put on 3kg-6.6lb in less than 2 weeks and still lost fat, when i went away i didn't keep the water intake up and i look as if i am carrying a lil water weight now. got some real var here so will start on that tomorrow/
i always thought panadol was a big con, never worked for me in my life before today, i have used two today just to see if they helped the inj site pain and by fuck they did help a lot.
 
shot right cheek today, no dramas at all. left delt is swollen in a big welt, covers entire delt. lookin better in the mirror. feel like puss today, shaking, running a temperature, head hurts, whining like a lil bitch.
 
had a great workout today, smashed it good. had no workout partner so just used the same weights as last time -finish final set but barely- and did it all easy. too bad the gym was closing i was pumped. took a couple of guarana pills this morning, kept me going hard all day at work too. felt like shit yesterday, thought i was getting flu, had bad bedsweats of late as well. diet is back in check. feel like fat loss is a lil stagnant but i'm just impatient i guess.
 
feel good, hungry, dropped some more carbs out of diet, prob should add some protein but am soley focusing on fat loss here, the muscle gains have been a fantastic bonus so far. wisk i could get a decent fat % measurement.

Why are your injections hurting so much? i've been getting some mad bed sweats too always after the day of my injection i wake up literally soaking wet. As you know its been cold here in Aus of late and despite that i can wake up just 'ready to go' testosterone is the shit! lol.

Bro test flu is fucked! i got it after every single shot for 10 weeks straight on my last cycle, imagine explaining to everyone why you mysteriously have the flu every Tuesday haha .
It has more to do with the % of alcohol in the oil then the actual test ester
 
Prop is the most painful test for most and 3ml of it in any muscle will hurt , good luck with the lats just dont do your calves :worried: that was my biggest mistake .

haven't been on TSC for ages, membership expired never got around to renewing it, didn't realise there was an aussie forum there. hope all of em are keeping their wits about em regarding international sources, i know they're all posted there but if someone says the wrong thing we could all end up screwed. been 8 hrs since lat shot, dull ache but nothing bad. was awkward getting there and i hit a nerve, muscles started twitching everywhere under my arm, pulled out and went straight in about an inch under.
 
good training session tonight, excellent aggression towards smashing that weight good n proper. stil continueing to lose fat but very very slowly. have dropped nearly all carbs now, only have a bowl of muesli in the morning and rice for first smoko at 10am ish. build is looking good. will shoot right lat tomorrow. still have two eggs on my arse cheeks and left lat is a lil achey but still ok. feel good, energetic, need more food but too impatient to lose fat. only week 3 still.
 
fucked up the shot this morning, tried right lat, using left hand with 3ml in barrel is a bad idea in such an awkward area. slipped out after putting 2 in. put new pin on and did right delt thinking 1ml shouldn'e be too bad, haha dumb cunt. my body really dont like this test ester or the masteron or something. took 80mcg clen this morning too feel like shit now.
 
this journal has just been a complete whine about fucking inj site pain. last night i was woken up from it and couldn't get back to sleep cos no matter which way my arm went the shoulder still cained like fuck. it was a stupid move. i am a right handed house painter, work will be interesting today.

i just bought an air assisted airless spray gun and now i spray all my woodwork before i finish the walls, with the right prep i can get all trims and doors and shit looking like the paint job on your car, builders love it. lil niche i'm creating for myself. never out of work, ever, never get complaints, ever. been running the business myself for 2 years now still going strong. off to gym now :)
 
gym went good feel good and strong even tho i'm on such a restricted caloie diet. looking ok in the mirror too. still need to lose fat tho, still plenty to lose.

smashed it at the gym today, had no spotter so i did some isolation exercises, feel gooood. strenght gains are nowhere near as drastic as the dbol test enth cycle with high calories but i am starting to look much better, nowhere near a 6pac yet but maybe in another 5 weeks
 
not noticing the var at all , definately noticed the initial var was really dbol. love dbol. not losing enough fat. strength is not incredible, still nowhere near pb's. want to do some inj winny i have 30ml here dont know whether it'll help cut the fat off or not, have cut carbs even lower and am still not losing enough. next cycle will be test tren in fairly low dosages, and some t3 i think, that should cut me up, i think i'm on way more than necessary to cut a t m.

doing a cutter crx, seem to have come to a halt fat loss wise, need to cycle calories and do cardio i am told, i guess i will add another few calories to get it up to 2800-maintenance for 4 days then drop by 200 per day down to 2200 stay there for a few days and back up to 2800. will try and get cardio out early in the morning.
 
shot right cheek again, doing glutes in too rapid succession, have perminent golf balls on my arse, skipped gym today and will go tomorrow during the day, work has slowed a little.

todays workout went well, after lifting my calories back up to maintenance i had some decent strength gains. size wise i am quite happy where i am, got good shoulders, huge quads, good traps, decent lats and good biceps. i dont think i look like i juice just yet, wouldn't be far from tho. that is a look i dont want. i would like to be really ripped and just maintain what i have.
 
feelin good, gym tomorrow cant wait to rip it up,life is heaps better on maintenance calories, cutting back down to 2600 on monday, going away for a job will take laptop. its a real inconvenience having to take pins and shit and sneak around but ah well i still aint tellin anyone except you faceless bros. did hcg first today, in the living room, told the mrs it was for fatloss, slowly sneak it up on her about juice when its time for next cycle. she smokes so she cant really talk about juice if i slowly educate her cos smoking is obviously worse for you by a long shot. shot left lats today, arse is covered in eggs, minor acne showing up, very minor just a lil on the face and like 3 on the chest, none on shoulders or back. chest was really bad last cycle from about week 8 to about 2 weeks past pct-10 week t enth cycle. also grew more chest hair went from 10 hairs to a thin even covering, and belly hair went from a thick snail trail to a thin blanket coming up to sternum. hope i dont have more of these dramas, there is no further hair sprouting from what i've noticed but the existing ones are getting thicker and longer shite lol.

gone away for work for a few days, still smashed it in the gym tonight. did well, veiny as fuck, not skinny enough yet. i fucked up tho, was trying to sneak an injection in the shower booth at a caravan park, i tried left glute, aspirated and drew blood, a first for me. so i pulled out and put in a bit lower and drew blood again, fuck, so i did the other cheek, what i didn't do - all distracted by not getting caught and the aspiration issue- well i forgot to swab that cheek, fuck i hope i dont get a abscess, i am still 3 days from home and that pin was in me 2 times before and then no sterilised skin. ah well. fuck.
 
good workout, want to get home to my gym again, its comfy knowing everything is there that i need. fucked up my shot it blew all out the barrel.
 
was forcing it out too hard the pin dislodged from the barrel and shot everywhere, did another half shot today, will do full shot tomorrow, going home tomorrow hell yeah. aggression has been through the fucking roof today, all stirred up by my whore but the extra aggression has to curb before i get home tomorrow or i might be able to log back on from prison one day. this is week 5 i'm in now, still not enough fat lost, looking to have a go on the omega project, still have two weeks on to go and then one month pct left hopefully i'll keep all gains from cycle with omega's help. i did needtos underground for my first cycle and it was well worth the while, just having someone to organise you and advise you on problems that arise was great. sides from this cycle have been extremely minimal, masteron is great. minimal extra hair growth, no hair loss-i am not prone, well obviously shut down, bp seems fine no gyno, i feel good.

1 cup broccoli/asparagus/beans
2 tablespoons of flaxseed oil (can get from health food store)

Meal 4
200g grilled chicken breast
1 cup broccoli/asparagus/beans
2 tablespoon flaxseed oil

Meal 5/dinner
250g steak or chicken or 300g grilled fish
1 large garden salad or 1 cup or steamed green veges

Meal 6
30g wpi
3 whole eggs
i cant stand potatoes so i'm substituting some wholemeal pasta for them.

this is the diet for a whiles, i'm gonna get on the omega project and i'm also deliberating having a go on this anti gdf8 whilst on pct, my mate tells me about 10kg muscle in a week or something, dear as shit but.
 
If you havent been adding in extra flax or the like you should notice it does help move fat and i also have it at bed with my cottage cheese to slow digestion ,and the product that your mate hooked you up with can you send me a link its over the counter yes .

whew glad to be back, forgot to take computer with me i packed the power cord but not the laptop dumb fucker i am, put on plenty of muscle have lost considerable fat cycle really has been a great success, i really expected more from the var in terms of fat loss but ah well next cycle i'll do tren test p and t3 and see how we go with that. Gonna do 10 days of low dosages of the forbidden substance to see this cycle out then the omega project for 2 months, just signed up today. should be good will continue this log i think i feel its important to keep the log at least for my own records, hcg and another shot tomorrow. moods were very elevated today, angry at the slightest thing and overly excited by the smallest thing, movies etc. touchy as fuck, maybe i need more sleep. good blowie kinda ironed the kinks out before, watching the terminator and eating pizza-cheat meal. terminator series is fucking great.
 
I went hard at the OMEGA and peaked at 7% bf two wks early for my show so its great stuff just follow it to the tee and you will be very happy , im harder and have the shape i was trying to get for ever ,im hooked .

i have signed up on the omega project and am awaiting my instructions from omega,

long while since update, i'm on week 7 now have lost probably 10%bf over all. my diet has been strict as fuck every calorie counted every day, one cheat meal a week. the fat loss i mainly attribute to the diet and a lil help from the drugs, the mass gains i have seen are definately due to the drugs. there has of course been some hard training as well but this course was overdosed for a cutter. got asked twice tonight if i was on steroids amongst mates who i haven't seen for months. i didn't want that look, i cant see it myself but i am very happy with the size just still wanna cut another bit more off, i estimate myself at 13%bf, scales at gym say 12, ones at home say 16, accumeasure calipers using one point reading says 11.
i am completely shut down but hcg is fixing that, other than that virtually zero sides i can feel, i assume my cholesterol is completely fucked from all the anavar and right now i just picked up a cold/flu, other than that this cycle is brilliant and i definately recommend it, masteron has killed all bad sides, sex drive is unreal, body hair has been very minimal, aggression is controllable all is very good!!

still here started dnp 3 days ago, not noticing any fat loss yet but i'm sure i will, felt the heat today, its winter here, i'm glad. had a cold have been avoiding the gym. will smash it right up tomorrow.
 
Keep an one on your body temp with a gauge so you know when to back of mate , there is some good threads and a journal by Blacksheep around ef ,i'll try and track it down for you .

i ran out of dnp, and now i have some more i am gonna leave it be for a little whiles. i reckon i have dropped down to 11% at 84kg. not really noticing more size gains from the cycle now, but it was never intended for it anyways. i am much more happier with my current figure than i was 10 weeks ago. although the fat loss effects seem to have dwindled somehwat. i have been very strict on diet still except for one cheat meal a week and one blow out sunday night. went to hogs breath cafe for their slow cooked steak, had a beer too, then came home and had a joint. i only do this like once a year or so and just happened to have some laying around, me and the mrs were laughin at each other, eyes like piss holes in the snow, ate two blocks of fudge and tried to fuck her on the couch but was laughing too much and couldn't keep hard.
i shot my left glute yesterday with a 23g needle, i usually use the 25's but they take like 5min for the 3ccs to come out, now my cheek hurts like fuck. ah well. have been hard pressed getting to the gym a lil lately, work being flat out and all and there's absolutely no point going after 300mg dnp during the day. i have been on the omega project for 3 weeks now and still haven't gotten a program or diet or anything so i cannot comment any further on that. i am considering getting some tren to throw in the mix now. maybe drop the masteron and do say 75mg tren eod with 50mg winny and 150mg test. shit that wont fit in the syringe, well maybe just tren and test with the winny orally then.

i used all the masteron i had, fuck it was getting me cranky as shit. zero tolerance for aggravation whatsoever.

Initially I said I wasn’t going to bag out the program etc. fuck that.

well i got me some tren ace, i really wanted to be in needto's underground for my first run with tren. but the money i invested in guidance hasn'nt been given back.
so i guess i'll charge forward on my own. the gear is H/G pharmacy - shit so they say -, i find that interesting, as a mate said i'd have to be a 500lb horse with crutch rot to be prescribed tren. i have some caber, adex, nolva, letro, hcg and pp test recov stack.

so the gear is 125mg/ml
so i figure roughly 3/4ml eod. should be 92mg or so. .7 ml is 87.5 and .8ml is 100. might just level it out at .7.
along with 150mg eod test prop still.

I have reached a real standstill, not losing fat and not gaining muscle any more, I am gaining strength tho, smiling for that.
Don’t have a training partner so its hard to really up the weights on the bench or squat rack I am still operating pretty much at my personal bests for 5x5.

Sick of 5x5 now I am looking for a 4 day split with plenty of isolation work in it.
