Cycle and Peanutbutter/jelly?

I love PB&J or PB&marshmallow fluff. The marshmellow has no fat, 10mg sodium, and 11g carbs-->9gsugar, and thats it. It makes sucking down all that PB bearable (or bareable?). I eat these fuckers every day.

I'm on the other end of the spctrum when I'm hungry I crave tuna, I eat 4 cans a day I find it fast and very cheap
 
Ok peeps will disagree, but PB makes you FAT.

I use all natural PB, heck I even grind it down myself at the health store, and I used to eat 2 or so PB sandwiches a day. Not even jelly, just PB on wheat bread. I gained so much weight that is sucked. I switched to jelly sandwiches, no PB, and lost some weight back.

PB is SO thick in fat and calories its ridiculous
 
Thats the whole point.......He is trying to gain weight, Hence the calorically dense Peanut Butter. :)
