so 2.5 weeks in cutting..
500 test
700 tren

was 212 now down to 203...calories are around 2000+ ..saving most carbs for pre workout and post....fell great all thru the day energetic ready to go...once it come down to the workout ..just fucking weak...so weak its sick...

i been havent cut in a year..what a aweful experience hahaha

who needs abs give me a gut and some size i guess

Stick with it,,,the hard work will pay off. Perhaps change your routine and around for new interest and lower weight.

for my routine im doing lighter weights and just maxin out in reps..if i tried to go max weight and all out right now id give up..lol...

gonna do this for a while,throw some pyramid sets in every now and then but just takin it easy..can fell the difference in strength tho wihtout eatin big and it sucks

i feel ya bro, i'm week 7 into my first cutter in 3 years! this shit is a bitch. i'll never bitch over having to eat food again. bulking will be so much more easy and desirable now! i miss fucking carbs! :chomp:
 
i complain wether im bulking or cutting. My wife thinks im crazy. Im just never happy. I hate bulking cause i like to have abs and i honestly dont like to eat so much. and i hate cutting cause i feel like shit all day and lose all my damn strength.
I would be doing about 2500 cals though i think man. my 2 cents. maybe go down to 2000 when you just have that tiny bit left. Im sure you know what works best for your body though
 
I know how you feel too man. I have 3 weeks left off of a 4 month cutter... I've upped cardio to 45 minutes in morning, 45-1hour at night and I feel like I can't ever recover... The carb depletion is about to drive me crazy, but I gotta stick it out for another 3 weeks and I'll be there... The finally back to somewhat normal.

Keep with it, it gets better soon... But gets worse over the last bit of time, that's when you gotta really push it.
 
I guess around 2500 calories is pretty low but I would think that 500 Test and 700 Tren would still be sick for strength and cuts! You should feel great! Shit even on 500mg Test alone @ 2500 calories I would feel great. Maybe that is rather low though, fuck it start eating, lol!
 
I agree with winny, with that much test and tren you should be getting stronger....your body will adjust, maybe up the cals slightly, fight through it!! Being cut is much harder but also so much more satisfying.
 
You should consider a weekly carb refeed. Based on what you describe you are probably nearly depleted by the end of the week if you are just taking in carbs pre and/or post workout.

A saturday or sunday high gi carb/little to no fat refeed will fill those muscles and give you insane workouts for the first couple of days the following week.

At your bodyweight i would shoot for 650-850 grams of carbs during that 24 hour refeed. Making them all high gi carbs with no fat to slow down digestion will blow up your metabolism. I could feel warm while eating my lucky charms with skim milk. Others using this method have reported actually breaking a sweat.

On top of better workouts and speeding up metabolism, it also keeps you sane during the week because you can look forward to the refeed.
