I have a crossfitter friend that's 6'3" maybe 210 lbs and he absolutely wrecks people much bigger than him in their lifts. Ngr doesn't take a break in between sets either. He'll do deads, straight to pullups, then run ladders with a mask on so he's fighting for more oxygen. I'd rather be in shape like that than all bloated with bacne. Most guys I know that are very into bb workouts are shitty athletes too. They look all big and in pretty good shape, but you get them out playing flag football or some shit and they can't do a damn thing.
