I do more than 3 sets usually but after 3, I do allow my form to break down. And be thankful this isn't some godless crossfit wkt where inbetween those sets of push presses you'll be doing some bullshit like doing 20 yard handstand walks or a million reps of deadlifts at 225. I'm no where near that level and I fully admit it, but you..you little faggoty cunt talking about cross fitters not doing heavy weight. Dear god you couldn't talk harder out of your ass.

form must've gotten sloppy at the end of a tough rest/pause set. had been doing them sitting for probably a year and should've dropped weight to get my stabilizers ready for doing them standing again

They're better for you overall but sorry to hear you fucked yourself up. For me it's the elbows that wander first. Back doesn't really come into play for me which is why I was curious.

If you can bang out reps of 5 at 215 at 45s intervals without turning it into a split jerk you will have a modicum of my respect and I will retract the statement that I would bury you.
