Ok, take a look..this is a first draft so feel free to critique before I go to the store...

I plan on taking NYC and Clen, with 200mgs of Spectro Test Cyp a week for muscle maintenance.

6:00am - Cardio
7:00am - Protein shake: 1 scoop whey, tsp flax seed, 10 0z skim,
1 Tbsp Nat. Peanut butter
10:00am - Chicken covered in salsa a fat free cheese slice
1:00pm - Lean Steak / 2 cups green veggies
4:00pm - Protein shake (same as above)
7:00pm - Lean steak and green veggies
8:00pm - Workout / gatorade and protein bar right after
10:00pm - Protein shake same as above plus two tbsp. Hersheys syrup

Im looking for a low carb / high protein motif but not sure what exact calorie count and break down is yet, will post later....Hammer away!!!

looks good

Although I'm no expert on test, somebody else will have to make an opinion about that.

The diet is pretty sound. Stick with it(that by far is the hardest part or everybody would look great) and you will like the results.

I'm doing something very similiar to you right now but my only anabolic is fina.

Also what is your bodyfat %, IMO you don't need cardio unless you are like 7% going for 5% or less. Diet, weights, and the anabolics should make a potent enough force against your fat until then.

I would take out the dairy and hershey syrup. There is nothing to gain in the nutritinal value of it except pleasure........

Work hard bro!

I have to disagree with you Golfer. There is something to gain if the hershey's syrup was kept in there. But ill leave that to you to know what that is. You have to look at the big picture.

For the low carb diet you want any carbs you allow early in the day. Never 4 or less hours before sleep. The hershey syrup is 25 grams of carbs and 20 are just sugar. Not good for the pan at all, very bad before bed. Go to the grocery store and to thier heath food section. Usually very small, but you should find sugar free syrups. You can get hazelnut, raspberry, strawberry, chocolate, and many others. No carbs, or only 2 of dietary fiber. Here in Indiana I go to Krogers and they have many to choose from.

Best luck

I put the hersheys in there for some extra carbs 1 hour after workout.......what do you think about this theory..?

Two tablespoon's of Hershey syrup is not going to make one fat or going to give any worse results than if was never added in the first place.

In order for fat loss to happen, one needs to eat below their maint. level. Get in your protein to spare most of your muscles and essential fatty acids and you are squared away.

I just don't see how two tablespoon's of Hershey syrup is going to break one's diet. Now if there is a substitute that tastes just as good (or that will satisfy the dieter) and is nutritionally better, than I am all for it. But to remove it for all the fear that it can harm one's progress is just not sane.

If the person had blood sugar problems, then yes, remove it. But we are assuming a normal, relatively healthy dieter without much health problems who simply wants to lose bodyfat.

In fact, if not eating the Hershey's syrup will cause the dieter to crave that stuff even more, only to break their diet by binging on a shit load of chocolote for a long periods of time, then keep it in there. A hundred calories here and there is much better than pigging out for a long period of time.

And yes, having carbs after working out is much preferred but that's assuming you are taking a somewhat high glycemic index level of carbs. With weight training increasing insulin sensivity, your best bet is high gi carbs.
