u look really good ! but i was thinking the same thing about the weight........ there is no way u way 230, i am 215 now,have been 230 in the past (will be again starting in a week !) i was much bigger than that. not trying to put u down or anything cause u really have a good physique but the scales must be off or your shoes weight about a good 10 pounds.

Just going by the pictures..good base to start IMO.

Work on building your Quads and overall Thickness.

Hard to judge some muscle groups do to your somewhat poor posing.

Not bad considering your genetics. It looks like an ideal time for you to start using gear. I suggest concentrating on your upper pecs (pectoralis major,) and abs. You clearly don't do much more than getting out of bed to excercise your legs, so I suggest some deep squatting. Finally if you don't like people knowing about your homosexuality, a haircut might help.

SOme of you peeps are realy funny....how the hell do you guy sknow hes not 230 or even 240? do you know his bone measurments calculated his height which is about 6' his bf levels muscle density water etc...shit i was 272 im 6' tall and wtf i bet som eof you people would say i wasnt ....never go by th enumbers numbers are jus numbers who cares..they are good for comparisons that are done regularly ..to me looks liek th eguy is 230....most people on this board are short so for them 230 seems like so much weight....its realy not..if your 5'6 or so at 230 you will look huge though liek many of my freinds...

i don't care what his bone measurments are at his height - hes not 230 - looks good tho. u r right polfa - #'s don't matter but some of his measurements just have to be off (ex.) his quads .......

Bro i agreee about mesurments but ther eis no way to tell if hes 250 or 210 jsut by looking at it so many factors..i agree with you that he may look less than 230 or so but i bet he is

true,pics can also make people look smaller,i know i look smaller in pics of myself.........kinda depressing lol. and u r right,there are alot of factors. who cares i guess,the guys put in his time and looks good,who cares about how much he weighs
