Creatine/Glutamine CRAP!!!

Sorry you feel that way, but it works for me.

Sorry I feel that way about Glutamine? It has nothing to do with how I feel. It's about the inability of it to be effective. Glutamine is so minimally absorbed orally I can't see how it can make musch difference at all. (Remember, it isn't prevelant in food, the body makes it from other aminos).

How are you sure it works for you? did you make no changes in diet, training or other supps other than glutimine and made better gains? How much did you use? What were the results under those conditions?

i like creatine...i have a kilo of glutimine peptides...i am on the fence with it...can't tell if it works or not...probably wont get another kilo.

G-covery
NAG
Glutamine Ethyl Ester are effective

G-covery seems more effective to me

the other two feel actually Neuro Energizing mostly due to faster absorption do to the they are cleaved

Even though this wasn't directed towards me, I take 20g per day, four 5g doses. It helps keep me harder, pumped, provides energy, and faster recovery. To say it's worthless is wrong but maybe it's worthless for you but still wrong for you to say. It also helps with protection for the stomach, immune system and so much more. I like using along with creatine and alpha-lipoic acid. When used in conjuntion with a proper diet and training, you reap its benefits(not to mention if you're on). Those of you who say "throwing away money", maybe its time to find a place that you can buy it cheap because it's not expensive unless you buy direct from the company. Supplement warehouses sell supps for 1/2 the price so why pay more.

I'm sorry but "faster recovery" is an unknown factor. How do you know how fast you would have recovered without it? Hey, if you feel it's working, by all means continue. But if I had to recommend what to buy if tsomeones supp budget was $100 a month, glutamine wouldn't be on the list.
