creating is just like anything else...when you stop taking it, gains slowly leave. So i agree with the original poster who said save the dough go get some moe....juice.

I'm sorry but "faster recovery" is an unknown factor. How do you know how fast you would have recovered without it? Hey, if you feel it's working, by all means continue. But if I had to recommend what to buy if tsomeones supp budget was $100 a month, glutamine wouldn't be on the list.

Before I began using gear I worked out for 17 1/2 years using supps so I know the difference between my body being recovered or not. If no one else can tell the difference then they don't know their body's reaction towards different things. Maybe it just takes longer for some to know their body. So as far as it being an unknown factor for me it is known.

If someone had $100 a month for supps, then protein, fishoil, multi, creatine, glutamine= money left over from the $100 unless you're buying your shit from some dumb ass place like GNC or some shit.

I like this. It is just different. I think that a healthy debate about the viability of products makes sense. The newly found freedom of expression is great and definitely lends itself to the credibility of the board.

that freedom was always there, it was just inhibited by a few

now Elite will be the best as it always has been.

I take CEE during PCT and when I'm off... I think it serves its purpose... I've also jumped back on the glutamine band-wagon... started off for a few months with peptides, that got too expensive and wasn't sure if it was of much benefit... then I switched over to plain 'ol powdered glutamine... a tub lasts longer and is much cheaper, even if I have to take 20g a day. After a few months, I do see it helping with workout recovery. I believe it to be especially beneficial when you're on a calorie-restricted diet.

And nobody here is using someones lack of response to a product as an opening to attack the product or the sponsors company. (This is something that used to happen way too often here).
.

Excellent observation and point.

I agree. That's the same point I was making in my previous posts.
