crappy workouts!!! why?

biggerdave

New member
im just comin to the end of my cycle, (clomid starts on sunday) and at the moment im still using winny but obviously the enantate and sust ended nearly three weeks ago. this last week ive started to have some real crappy workouts where i just go to the gym do a bit because i have to then get fed up and leave after say 45 mins. also this week ive dropped three pounds and all ive done to my diet is cut out a little fat.
my theory is that my test levels are now very low and this is why im lacking drive but i dont really know, just wanted some oppinions really. maybe a week off is on the cards soon.

what you guys think?

cheers

dave.

Steroids or not, you will always experience highs and lows working out. You can't be 100% all the time, there will always be peaks and valleys. The only thing you can do is accept it and continue to train with lowered intensity.

I've been though this dozens of times over 10+ years of training. You can't force good workouts, actually pressing the issue will make things worse. It usually takes awhile for the valleys to pass, expect it to be a few weeks.

Cycling intensity is one of the key factors in continual growth and something I find that if you dont do voluntarily your body will do for you.

Bro you should be hitting the Clomid now!

Same thing happened to me, I crashed pretty hard!
i thought it was three weeks after last jab when using sust? you think i should stop the winny leave it a day an start clomid?

I agree with Genarr and Zyg, highs and lows are going to happen. Hell I was called in to work last night and again this AM and thought I really wouldn't have any drive today, but just the opposite happened. I had a tremendous workout!! All my weights went up from last week I felt great, form suffered on a couple of sets, other than that it was super. The on the flip side about 3 wks ago I had a week where I just did not wat to go the gym, but I went in and did my workout, not as intense, took longer breaks between sets, talked to other members<which I never do!!> and after about a week I regained my drive.

Hang in there, you'll get it back. Don't take any time off though! The last time I took a week off it turned into three years off! Always something to do around the house, etc....

Dont stress it

Not juiced=less workout production, but you will always be bigger and stronger than before you started if you adjust right. I concentrate less on how many pound i lift but rather howmany times i can lift the pounds i lift. Make the workouts a little more aerobic by increasing the volume and burn some fat and see better what youve worked so hard for.
