CRAMPING STILL!!! 3 days out from show! HELP! QUADSWEEP, Mr.X, RADAR!!!

ok...as many of you know im 2 days out from my show (well tomorrow I will be). I have been getting insane cramps in my calves, hams, and even finger tips. :evil:

Currently taking...

6,000mg Taurine ED
Quinine Leg cramps---1 with each meal

What else can I do leading up to the show. Its only going to get worse :worried: ...I started water depletion today.

As far as potassium...is it safe? My duiretics are potassium spairing and some said that potassium is not safe. Any thoughts? How high can I go on taurine?
 
magnesium deficiency. go get some magnesim at any drug store Magnesium carbonate. no calcuim como. calcium contracts magnesium relaxes. Also you need to be off clen like 3-4 days ago so stop. you cannot carb load effectivly on thermos.

If my show is saturday could I drop it now? I have ZMA...can that work?
 
good advice on the magnesium, ZMA supplements can save your ass when it comes to cramping.
DONT take extra potassium man, it can fuck you up....
aso with the taurine. remember too much of a good thing is a bad thing...back down the dosage. your body could be having some negative feedback loops occuring.
Are you doing a dextrose/creatine carb load?
make sure not to keep your sodium relatively high even though you are slowly depleting your water. last thing you want to do is show up on saturday flat and cramped up into a ball.
also what are you carb loading on?

i got a show this saturday too, started carb loading today
i tend to think clen is a good thing to keep in the arsenal during carb loading periods as well as T3 because clen and T3 have a postitive effect on maintaining creatine stores.

Im loading with mashed potato's, rice cakes, white rice, oatmeal. Any other suggestions?
