I will agree that Glucorrel-R is the shit. To give Omega some props I think his Ener-G is also a good product. I tend to mix that whenever I take a protein shake. Speaking of protein shakes I think ISOAGB is in top three if not tied for first. Great product there.
Question have you guys looking into quality comparisons with the ion exchange whey and the CFM's running about?
I had the understanding that the ion exchange process ( isn't bipro ion exchange whey isolate) damages some of the proteins due to electrical used to filter the protein.
Can this "damage" be quantified in terms of the quality of the product
On or off you should take it before your carb meals. It accelerates the regeneration of liver cells and helps keep the carbs you eat from making you fat from high insulin levels.
Did you mean helps from keeping you fat from high glucose levels and not enough insulin????? R-ALA shuttles the glucose efficiently (MIMICS INSULIN to a degree).....(EITHER WAY---I DO AGREE WITH YOUR SUGGESTION)

glucose clearance is improved and plasma insulin reduced (thus high blood glucose does not occur- or at least is not maintained (with high simple carb intake BG and insulin will spike- though with R+ supplementation neither will continue )--- ie short period of spike-- the longer the spike in BG and Insulin the greater the negative impacts (glycosylation, adipose deposition, etc..)
R+ is not insulin mimetic (from its uptake and glucose clearance it appears to mimic insulin), its effects are via PPAR and AMPK.
