How many r-ala capsules do you consume a day?

the general concensus is 100mg r-ala per 50mg carbs..more can be added for optimum results

yes indeed a very strong liver protectant...

when taking oral steroids this is my liver protectan arsenale (misp?)

r-ala
milk thistle
liv-52
garlic tabs
taurine

you could cancle out milk thistle with tylers liver detox...it already has some in it plus a HUGE arsenal of other goodies

also ive never heard of garlic doing anything for the liver. blood pressure yes, liver no...i could be wrong though

taurine is good so is biotin which is in G-R already if that what u are using

garlics consitituents have been shown to have positive impact on liver, both in pahse 1 and phase 2 compounds... though doses used have been quite high... so while it will have a benefit its likely somewhat minimal.

I use it with cheat meals and have to take lots. Like with a large or xlarge pizza I take 10 - 12!
