The only ingredients in that brand are the compound. Assuming the purity is high, it should be as good as any. I plan on trying it myself because as I said it's the cheapest I've found. It's half the cost per serving. I don't know how they do it. Maybe because it's raw powder and they're not encapsulating it?

Also never underestimate things like yoga or yoga breathing, it really works wonders for stress.

I think buying power to. We have all seen pp products are top grade to.. I will be trying this out myself to.
