Da original pimp NeedtogetAss suggested to me the other day that I should start a journal. Well here goes nothing cuz between freelance work and personal training i dont know how fucking disciplined I am going to be to keep this journal going.

THIRD WEEK

On dbol 409mgs a day for now. Like i said to NeedtogetAss its all i can afford right now. Got me some oral stromba tha tI am gonnna hiot when i finish my run of dbols but i am giving myself 3-4 weeks off before hitting stombra.

Was suppose to do legs but tdid chest instead.

Flyes 4 x 12 40, 45,50, 55,

Dumbell press 4 x10 warm up 20, 25, 30

3 x 8 80, 85, 90, 100

Pullovers 3x 10 60, 70, 75, 80, 90

Nautilus Incline 4 x 10 90, 180, 225, 270

Bench Press 3 x 6 180

Shake at gym


2 chicken breast, salad, basmati rice, string beans in half an hour.

You girls acting like i am getting ready for sum stinking male fitness pagent or sumthing. I AM IN THE MUTHA FUCKING HOLE TRAINING MY ASS OFF LIKE A FUCKING DAWG. Pulling 110 for fucking 8 reps on 1 arm bent over rows for christ sake. Shit before i started the dbols I was pulling 100's easy on a good fucking day. Natural.

Throw me your stats, lemme see your stats, gotta work on that diet. HEY!!! compared to how i used to eat, how I am doing now is a fucking miracle. It aint gonna be easy passing up southern fry chicken and smothered turkey wings for thanksgiving. Good thing I respects you fuckers. Anyways here goes:

Over the winter I wanted to put on an additional 20 pounds. Work my way up to a least 240 - 250. Shit since I been on the pinks I already put on 8 lbs already. Then from 240 - 250, I wanted to start trimming down, mid winter for the Spring of 09.

Shit d ole man wanted to do a little photo shoot after coming down by next Spring. My daughter brought me one ah dem digital camera numbers, I cant figure the shit out though. Would post a pic if I could.
