Cooking up my 3rd bacon wrapped banana + ANPB of the day...

What I want to know is what your cholesterol levels are like.

Bacon is one of those foods that smells 1000x better than it tastes IMO, kind of like a really hot guy that can't kiss for shit: Total mouth disappointment.

Cholesterol levels are good as of 4 months ago.

Also, WTF regarding bacon smelling 1000x better than it tastes? What kind of bacon have you been eating? And more importantly, have you been wrapping it around a banana and baking it?

What a revolting thing to do to a banana. I really don't like the taste of the stuff, sorry. It's macros are just a mess (there's actually more carbs in bacon than protein). It's junk food, an enormous waste of calories for very little nutritional bang for your buck, with the added bonus of cholesterol (basically we're talking warm pork rinds). Be grateful you can eat whatever you want. Three strips of bacon and two tablespoons of peanut butter and that's more than half the fat I can have in a day in

Additionally, nitrate meats (bacon, hot dogs, deli meats) make my husband sick as shit so the only kind of bacon he'll eat is the organic stuff, and then only on vacation.

I do like the smell of it cooking though :qt:
 
simple sugars + saturated fats = fat gains for SL

I'm sure it's tasty bor, but I just can see how they benefit your performance and physique. Maybe I'm missing something?
