Yeah that would be great... I'd love to see the look on their faces. Haha. This job is really going nowhere, they never pay well and my position sucks. I'm an account manager right now and I prefer being a project manager like I was at my last two jobs. I have interviews, so hopefully I'll be moving forward soon.

anyway so the UPS system directly debits his acount for like $5000 and they want him to come down and pay and he starts trippin cos he does'nt have the cash flow and its payday and he still has to cover all the pay checks

but anyway i hear him on the phone blaming this whole mess on me, saying "you know how these young kids are nowadays, they don't care if they screw up, yada yada ya" hahaha, i still laugh at that

What an asshole. My boss doesn't even know how to fill out a FedEx slip. No joke. The first time I heard him ask someone else to do it, I thought he just didn't want to. Wrong, he really has no clue how to fill out To, From, Address, etc.... dumb ass. He needed to get a large invoice paid immediately and actually said, well I can't overnight b/c I don't know how to fill out the slip.

I don't know to fill one out either. I have a secretary. But I probably could figure it out. Maybe he is just ignorant not a dumbass.

I mean how did he become boss in the first place?

Lucid, I am not saying that your boss ain't a dumbass but alot times people are good at some thing and not at others. Is he good at anything?

Yes, he is good at collecting rare outer-space stuff and researching things about Mars. No joke, he's really into that. I would have no problem pointing out his strengths if there were any work related, but there just aren't. I have no clue how these two started a business and becaome somewhat successful. The one guy I work with has been there since the beginning and he says it's just luck. Even if I hate my job and don't like my boss, I can usually give them credit for some skill/talent. In this case I really can't. It's sad.

The company mainly works with pre-existing pharma brand plans to put together web sites. If our strategist is lucky he's asked to contribute a web plan before the brand plan is submitted. I'll be really honest, our web designs are sub par and basically brochureware. The sites lack innovation and any real interactivity. It's difficult working in this type of environment when you're used to working with extremely talented, creative and innovative people.
