It's an interactive company catering mainly to pharmaceutical companies. I only took a job here because I was laid off and couldn't stand sitting at home anymore... I should've stuck with unemployment and waited for something better.

LOL - There was a guy on this board (he doesn't seem to be here anymore) that worked at a company that did interactive learning materials mainly for pharmaceutical companies.

I mean what do you care as long as your check clears. I mean I thought the whole point of being boss or the owner is that you didn't have to work if you didn't feel like it and be able to do what you want and yell at other people for goofing off. I have worked 12 years to get to be able to do this. Now people under me expect me to actually work all the time that sux.

I would love meet the "people" that work under you.

Everything I posted in the above post is true except the yelling part at people goofing off. I am way too easy of a boss. Nature boy if you talked to them you would find they they dig me(at least I think they do). I don't bother them much at all as long as we are doing good. Give bonuses every year. Sent my secretary and her husband on a cruise out of the blue for doing a good job. And i let them do personal stuff on company time again if we are meeting goals. Do I sound like a jerk boss?

Interactive is web design and programming, etc. The company isn't that successful.

I care because I'm the person that has to deal with our clients. When the bosses act like fools and make stupid decisions, I'm the one that has to convey the fuck ups to the client. I get to look stupid b/c of decisions these guys made. They don't listen to anyone about how things should be done and they don't know how to do them properly themselves.

Seriously, I think the partners of this company are just playing office. They have no clue what they are doing. It's chaos here. Neither of the owners do anything and I'm not kidding. One drinks half the day away and watch out if he forgets meds (OCD or possibly bi-polar). The other is moron who literally runs around the office for no reason. We have imcompetent people that are praised for their work... yet they miss every deadline and don't have the skills to do their job. Those are just some of the examples.. I'm too annoyed to explain further.

I need to find a new job soon before I kill someone or become as stupid as they are.

Maybe that is what they hired you for. they know they act like fools and they needed someone to cover up for them therefor they hired you. Do they pay you well?
