i know the feeling i worked for a co. once selling advertising and promotional items to real estate and title co.s

the owner was such a coke head that all the orders would allways get fucked up, wrong ph #s on business cards and orders sent to the wrong branch offices

i had to make sure when my people would call to talk with me only so nothing would get fucked up and the boss would get paranoid that i was gonna steal all his clients

i did end up taking the biggest co's when i left, they would'nt have stayed with him anyway

it is realy hard to work for a co. that is not being run right and it ends up reflecting on you

Well what if he didn't do anything other than just look at the books and visit with you on sales and expenses. And then sat in office all day and did coke or whatever would that have bothered you too?

ask for a raise. or Tell them you`ll work on a "get paid x amount to fix each error that they may have" scale, and get rich.

Maybe that is what they hired you for. they know they act like fools and they needed someone to cover up for them therefor they hired you. Do they pay you well?

that's true, once our shipping and recieving guy called in sick and the the boss (cracked out) was showing me how to use the UPS system and when he typed out the orders he put how many lbs (110) on the how many pieces slot and the machine started spiting out all theses labels and he could'nt stop it, it was so funny watching him

anyway so the UPS system directly debits his acount for like $5000 and they want him to come down and pay and he starts trippin cos he does'nt have the cash flow and its payday and he still has to cover all the pay checks

but anyway i hear him on the phone blaming this whole mess on me, saying "you know how these young kids are nowadays, they don't care if they screw up, yada yada ya" hahaha, i still laugh at that

that would of been better for everyone, i still talk to people that are friends with him and do business, and he is till screwing up orders having t-shirts embroidered that are wrong sizes, collors and types

i had a failproof system in order before i left there but i guess he found a way around it, lol

Maybe that is what they hired you for. they know they act like fools and they needed someone to cover up for them therefor they hired you. Do they pay you well?

The pay sucks. I took a 20% decrease from my last job. I'm hoping to hear about an interview I had soon... I would be back to where I should be by now pay wise, with at least a 45% increase over what I'm getting paid now.
