Continue Slin?

TPH

New member
I've been off AQS for about 4 months now. I am ready to start my bulking cycle (dbol/cyp/enanthate).

I bridged with insulin (went up to 30 ius post WO). I got great results. That is, I maintained 95% of my strength and weight, which is good for me.

Question is, should I continue the slin when I begin the AS? Its been so effective for me, its almost a shame to discontinue its use.

Any thoughts??

Thanks

How long have you been on slin for?

If you run it on a 4 on 4 off fashion i would see no reason not to continue it during your cycle if you feel comfortable enough with it.

Thanks Chief!

I did about 1 month of slin, then took off three weeks. Now I have been on the slin 6 weeks.

Of course my concern in permanent dependence. I researched it alot and there seemed to be little technical support for permanent pancrease shutdown. Most of the vets seem to think it is not a big risk.

Thanks for any thoughts

Yeah i've heard the same thing, but no one can be sure exactly what will happen when non-diabetics take slin. So to be safe the standard is to run it 4-6 weeks with the same time off...

Even a small potential for diabetes is nothing to mess around with. Be safe.

I ran it for the full length of my last cycle, wich was 8 weeks, and I had no problems with it.I am not saying I recommend running it that long, just giving some personal experience.

Why don't you just use it to bridge again? If the results were that good last time why change what works?

Thats a real good question thate.

I guess, if I can be comfortable that it will not cause perm. dependence I would like to use th slin more often because I believe it to be very anabolic.

But at this point the risks outweight the rewards, so I will just use as the bridge.

Thanks
