Did anyone notice the name of his business? It's "Free Market Warrior". Well, he's experiencing the effects of the free market! If the shopping mall thinks that their other stores will lose money because of the presence of his little kiosk, then under a free market system the owners of the shopping mall have every right to boot his ass out the door.

The operators of the shopping mall don't give a damn about left wing vs. right wing politics. They do give a damn about money. Their decision was no doubt based on their analysis of potential lost business for their other stores. The regular stores obviously bring in much more revenue than the Free Market Warrior kiosk.

So, this boils down to the Free Market Warrior complaining about the free market.

If the mall owner found a store with even more profit-generating potential and realized incremental profit from his find, then capitalism won.

If the mall owner acted against his economic interests and kicked the store out based on emotion, then he may have to accept a lower rent from a subsequent tenet to insure the space is leased. Capitalism once again would have won.
