i change my mind on cycle all the time.. sometimes i increase dose, lower dose.. add an ancillary.. add a supplement.. take away an ancillary.

i don't understand why its wrong to be willing to change your opinion on something. as if it shows strength and its manly to be stubborn and set in your ways. its the opposite.. a real man admits when he is wrong.. a real man is willing to try new things and change things up.

Everything you read on EF is only advice. In the end you need to find out what works for yourself. Personally, I've never had bad sides with nolva BUT it never recovered me worth a damn, so I base my recommendations on these personal experiences. Others have horrible sides with it and some even recover pretty well with it or with clomid. You have to figure it what works for you through trial and error

Nolva is less toxic with less sides than Clomid, and 20mg Nolva will raise LH, FSH, and test higher than 150mg of Clomid. Nolva even has some health benefits.

Can u back that up with some stats or somthing ? How can everyone's opinion on Nolva change over night ? I have used it and noticed nothing good.. Felt depressed, no sex drive, headaches , and the second I stopped I was back to normal....
