Complete Monsterdrol-xt/Epi Bridge Log!

First day of 45 mg epi!! and hell yeah is it going into effect already!

I don't have a weight for you guys today, because I'm going to let the sodium content from turkey day come down before trying to give a near-accurate weight

Today's workout



Upper body intensity phase!!!... 6 reps MAX only, except where noted

1. Flat BB Bench - 195!! (6!!); 205 (5!! PR!); 205 (4!)got timid haha
215(2!!damn i am happy!!)

2. Yates BB Row - 255 (6!!); (6!!); (6!!) these were tough

3. DB Press - 65 (3 ) 60(6!); 65 (5)

4. Seated DB Shrug - 75 (12); 75 (15!)

5. BB Curl straight bar with extremely slow negs - 70(6!); (6!); (6!!); 30 (20!!)

6. Close Grip Bench Press - 175 (5); 165 (6); 165(6)

** Extra exercise** - DB Concentration Curl - 35 (6,6,6!)
 
Day 24 update

Weight: 163.5........... 180!!! (+16.5) AM weight dry

Dose: 45 mg epi


And the strength and weight continues to climb!!! My joints are drying up a bit; so I'm upping my fish oil from 8 g/day to 10g/day and will adjust this as necessary!
Vascularity is also increasing like crazy right now

Today's workout: intensity phase 6 reps max, except where noted


1. Incline DB Press: 65(6!); 70(6!); 70(5.5!)

2. Weighted wide grip pull-up: +25 (6); +25 (6); +25 (4); BW only (5)

3. Lateral DB Raise: 42.5 (6!!); (6); (6); 20 reps with 5 secs in between for rest; (10,6, and then 4!!)

4. V Bar Tri Pressdown: 150 (6); 170 (6); 170 (5.5); 100 (18!)

5. DB alternate curl: 40 (6,6,) 35 (6!)

6. cable flys = 22.5 (10,9,8) 15 (20!)
 
Day 25 update

Weight 163.5....... 179 (+15.5) some minor fluctuations of course

Dose: 45 mg epi

Deadlift day:


1. Deadlift 70% = 355 (4); (4);(4)(4)

2. Deadlift 80% = 395 (2); 395 (2)

3. Deadlift 90% = 435 (1); 435(0); just didnt have it in me today the reps on 70% killed me pretty bad

4. Snatch Grip deads on blocks = 330 (5); 350(5!!!)

5. 1 set of hamstring curl to fail with dropset = starting at 105

6. 75 reps of heavy seated calve raises = took 11 sets to complete
 
Day 27 update

Weight 163.5.......... 179 (+15.5)

Dose: 45 mg epi

My weight seems to tapping out at this number; however I am seeing increased vascularity than when I was 163-164 and I'm heavier which is crazy Strength is starting to re-escalate

Here are the numbers:

1. DB Shoulder Press- 65 (8); 65 (6.5); 60 (6); 60 (4); 35 (15, then 5!)

2. Lateral DB Raise - 35 (15!); (12!), (10!)

3. Bent Over Lateral Raise on incline bench for strictness - 27.5 (11) tough !!; 27.5 (9); 20 (20!!)

4. BB Curl - 70 (10,8); 80 (5!)

5. 21's Reverse BB Curl - 40!40!40!

6. Seated Zottman DB Curl - 20 (11); 20 (9)

7. Dips to fail with weight - +45 (8) (4); +35 (5) (4); BW only (7)

8. Rope Pressdown on thick cables - 40 (10); 50 (9); 40 (8)

9. V Bar Pressdown on thick cables - 60 (14.5); 70 (8); (7); 30 (20!)
 
Day 29 update

Holding steady at 179; weight has stalled despite increase in calories.
Recomping right now and getting leaner!!! Vascularity is up; joints are good with glucosamine and 10gfishoil/day. Libido steady; Vascularity increasing. And Strength is up!! Update later today!
 
Day 30/31 update
Dose: 45 mg epi
Just gonna show the leg day that I had today, and wow strength is really up still!! But I am equally glad that my joints are holding well, if not stronger

1. ATG Squat: 265 (5), 285 (5), 290 (4) almost!; 160 (20!) these are starting to increase drastically, that it's almost scary

2. Stiff Legged DL: 235 (5!); (5!); 240 (4!)

3. Hack Squat: 3 plate each side (5,5,5!)

4. Seated Calves for 2 plate and 25: goal is 75 reps to failure and it took me a lot of sets!

Weight 163.5.............. 176??????? (12.5) Despite my increase in calories in accordance to my weight gain; I am still drying out! I don't even think I can stomach an addition 200-300 calories without puking my guts out; but as long as the mirror is looking good, I'll take it! But if I keep losing more weight, I may have to re-increase calories
 
Day 31 update:

Weight: 163.5................179.8! (+16.3lbs)

Dose: 45 mg epi

Woke up this morning to this weight!! I drank a ton of water yesterday and cranked up the protein macros a bit to 310-320 g!! I think the epi is starting to fully crank in it's effects, because I'm feeling strong as hell, leaner, more vascular and nearly 0 DOMS, except after a heavy deadlift session


Today's workout

1. Wide-grip Pullup with weight - +35 (5), +35 (4.5); +25 (5); BW only (6.5)

2. Incline DB press - 70 (5!!); 75 (5!!!); 75 (3.75ouch haha)

3. Lateral DB raise - 45 (5!!!); 45 (5); 45 (5)! 12.5 (20 reps with a 5 sec pause at the top, talk about a BURN!)

4. Behind the back BB shrug - 115 (20!); 115 (15); 115 (15)

5. DB alternate curl - 42.5 (5); 42.5 (4); 35 (5)

6. Reverse Tricep bar pressdown - 130 (5); 140 (5); 140 (4); 100 (10!,10!)
 
Day 32 update:

Weight: 163.5............... 182.0!!!! (+18.5)

i think the epi is fully kicked in now
 
Day 34 update
Weight 163.5........... 181 (+17.5)

Dose: 45 mg epi

Deadlift day!

1. Deadlift 70% no belt

4 reps = 365
4 reps = 365
4 reps = 365
4 reps = 365

2. Deadift 80%
2 reps = 405!
2 reps = 405!

3. Deadlift 90%
2 reps = 435!!! solid now
2 reps = 435! tougher but still solid

4. Snatch Grip Deads on blocks
5 reps = 350 (only got 4)
5 reps = 350 (only got 4 here too )

5. 75 reps seated Calves to failure= 2plate+25

just for fun I just calculated the total amount of loaded weight today (minus the set of calves and it came out to 12000 lb load holy **** hahah)
 
Day 39 update:

Weight: 163.5......... 182 steady (+18.5)

Dose: 60 mg epi

Main side effects so far: : Lethargy is prevalent at 60 mg for damn sure... Back pumps are minimal and were worse with MDXT...

I'll be compressing the last 2 workouts in this log: the numbers are getting ridiculous and I'm working these weights I have never even touched haha

2. Deadlift 80% belted -

3. Deadlift 90% belted -
- 440(2!!!)
- 450(1) FML my hamstrings were locking up at this point already but its a solid PR for the time being

4. Snatch Grip Deads on blocks -
350 (5!)
350 (5!) my whole body is done at this point

5. Calves with a goal of 75 reps to failure on leg press machine
3 plates each side nice and slow.... epic workout
