****, so I'm assuming that 40 mg is the sweet spot for beastly back pumps. I dosed 5 g pre workout but I think I may have to increase it quite a bit. I did legs today and My back felt like it was going to explode
If this keeps up I may have to bring the dose down a bit because it became pretty hellish at the gym today. But other than that, no other sides to notice.

also accompanied with certain flush sets of 20 reps to blast!!! Volume increased!
Tempo: 2/1/3 which makes this even harder!
** 10 minutes of ellliptical pre-weight lifting to get the blood flowing and body temperature up for safety reasons **

1. ATG Squats - 205 (10!!!), 215 (10!!!); 225 (7!); 225 (7); 150 (18)! the goal of 20 was so close yet so far!! (your turn barbellbeast! let's do this hahaha)
**back pumps starting after that set of 18 reps and getting worse**
2. Stiff Leg Deads - 165 (10!); 175 (9); 185 (6!!); 185 (7!)
3. Leg Extension + squeeze - 125 (10!); 130 (9); 130 (10); 140 (9!);
4. Leg Curl + squeeze - 90 (10); 90 (8); 90 (6); 85 (5 ouch)
5. Leg Press close stance- (weights on each side of sled) -
4plate - (8!); 4 plate - (8); (8); (8); 2 plate + 10 lbs - 20!!!
***Legs feel like jello and spaghetti after this whole thing; wheels are pumped like a mother; but the strength increases are really noticeable today; as compared to last weeks lifts on this day; despite the extra volume!!! 40 mg is here to stay.... if I can survive the back pumps haha
