hey bros; so I'll be posting up my log here for anyone who hasn't seen the results/information from my log. You will be able to see the progression on a near day-to-day basis. PM me if there are any questions or anything :)

I'm almost midway through my PCT and I have kept all my gains so far! so that's always a good thing haha

Goals:

Mostly after lean mass gains. I wanna be at 175-185 with some reduction in body fat after this whole thing. I will be using MonsterDrol XT for the huge mass gains, and Epi afterwards as a recomp tool. Or if you guys say otherwise I will just use straight Monsterdrol Xt.

Diet

I will expand this as the log goes on!

On Cycle diet: around 3000 calories/day
PCT diet: around 3500 calories/day

Training Regimen

Tri-Phase Training with added volume. For anyone not familiar with this, it is a pretty solid routine for 9 weeks and I like how it is periodized as well into different micro-cycles.


Cycle will start Friday, Nov 5th 2010.
 
So today's "plan" was chest and shoulders. But I was thinking about it and I usually hit shoulders with a lot less efficiency especially if I pair it with chest. So I did just straight up chest onslaught!


Baseline weight for cycle: 163.5

Good! I base this on the deload week that I took before starting this cycle

I'm still working on it! Coming off a 1600 cal diet straight to a 2800-3000 diet will take a bit of effort!

Chest destruction - Phase Volume! goal is rep range of 6-10
tempo: 2/1/3 which makes this even harder!

2. Incline DB Fly - 32.5 (10), 32.5 (8), 32.5 (8), 20 (20)

4. Incline DB Press - (i usually go heavier but today's volume was kind of high); 32.5 (9), (8), (7),

as i mentioned earlier, I had a mile headache yesterday after my 2nd dose; but today I noticed that I am a urinating quite frequently. I know that I'm drinking a lot of water which I always have been, but I am not holding much water at all.

- This is starting to become quite high. I have the urge to polish the shotgun a lot more than one time hahahaha;

2. Bent Over BB Row 4-6 rep range - 235 (6!! PR!), 235 (6), 240 (6), 245 (4.5), 245 (4), 135 (20!!); these are getting crazy; these are done with minimal body english and really feeling the contraction

3. BB Curl - 60 (10), 60 (8), 65 (6)

4. Tri-Rope Pressdown with a 1 sec squeeze - 90 (10!), 90 (10), 90 (7), 90 (7), 40 (20)

5. V Bar Tri Pressdown with a 1 sec squeeze - 80 (15!!); 100 (10!); 130 (7)

Magnusson Ortmayer Deadlift routine/ holy ****! this is a hard routine!! I only did a fragment of it and ditched the hamstring curls, and abs. Plus, the regimen also calls for high rep deadlifts; but I replaced em with snatch grip deads to improve speed off the ground and add more meat to my back!

1. Deadlift 70% =
a. 4 reps = 325!!!
b. 4 reps = 325!!!
c. 4 reps = 325!!!
d. 4 reos = 325!!!

2. Deadlift 80% =
a. 2 reps = 370!!!!
b. 2 reps = 370!!!!

3. Deadlift 90% =
a. 2 reps = 390!!! omfg yes!
b. 2 reps = 405!!!!!!! = finally hit my dream of 4 plates on this bad boy!!

4. Snatch Grip Deads on blocks =
a. 5 reps = 295!!!!!
b. 5 reps = 295!!!!!
 
Day 7 update

Weight 163.5......... 167.7-168.0 (scale kept flucutating some how haha) (+4.2 or 4.5!!)

Rest day! Volume of workouts increased tomorrow!

Weight: Start = 163.5............ 171!!! (+7.5lbs) stoked! calories at 3700-4000! The weight and strength gains are coming in like a freight train and things are getting crazier!! h
