colorado bust

I have another question..what the fuck did they take the guns for? What do guns have to do with the crime?

I have always wondered that. I am a big pro-gun kinda guy and I am just dumbfounded as to what the guns have to do with anything. That's his personal property. I could see if this was a murder case or something.

I have just under 50 guns in my household (rifles, pistols, shotguns, etc) and I cannot see how if I got caught with steroids they would have anything to do with it.

Arizona has a new law that states any weapon found in proximity to a controlled substance you can be charged with Misconduct with a Weapon. I know this first hand.

A couple comments:

1 - Was the amount personal usage or distribution?

2 - Perhaps they decided to push it this far with him because he was a cop

we are missing the overall picture. you don't get raids for such a small amount. he might have pissed someone off at the department, we don't know. we only know what the stupid ass media tells us, and that is wrong a lot of times.

in that article it said they found 3 sources in less than 3 minutes on the net. i'd like to see those dumb fucks send money and get scammed. how about writtting a article on scammers.

In 1998, he and fellow SWAT officer Ken Padgett fatally shot a 17-year-old boy after the boy twice pointed a gun at them, ignored demands to drop his weapon and fought with police dogs.

The Denver district attorney's office cleared the officers of wrongdoing in the case.

Colorado Bureau of Investigation records show that Lahey was arrested in December 1990 for domestic-violence-related assault and disturbing the peace.

He was acquitted of the charges.

He must have killed that kid and beat his wife cause he was on steroids.:mad:

Fucking media.

The Moral of this story

Never, under any circumstances, accept a controlled delivery.

If you ordered and you know is coming, and now a "postman" wants you to accept a package - Decline, decline, decline!!!

"I did not order anything and I do not want that package!" This should be your mantra. Pretend your worried about 9/11 and accepting packages, whatever. Take the loss and forget the gear!

just pull out a glock and say get the fuck off my property bitch, thjats why you have somone pick shit up for you and someone who knows nothing hey can ya get my mail why ia m gone tomorrow

[sarcasm] Well you sound like the kind of friend I'd like to have 6pac... [/sarcasm]

Oh oh...

Damn all this talk about customs seizure has me nevous now. I get my shit over seas all the time. Although I always have the orders broken up into smaller packages. And I know this is a more secure method, I'm still worried.

Somebody say something that'll give me confidence.
