10 grams in 10 minutes would kill boy George and everyone else in the house he did his coke.

methamphetamine and cocaine(or coca leaves) taken orally in moderate doses can have benefits for many people.

making methamphetamine into an injectable has caused many problems, as this form of the drug is highly addictive. "crystal meth" addiction is a very prevalent and very unfortunate problem, but its not the drug but its improper use that is the problem.

now for people with addictive personalities or addiction prone biochemistry the use of any number of compounds can have what are commonly deemed as "evil" effects. Though again its not the drug, but the users proclivities and usage that are the issue.

are peanuts evil? they can kill some people, just being exposed to peanut dust can be fatal.

is marijuana evil? 1 in 10,000 users can experience mild to severe psychotic effects.

is alcohol evil? moderate use has health benefits, but alcoholism is a terrible disease.
