Clen, T3 Cyle w/ Logs and Pics (Since there aint one)

Hello Everyone, this is going to be my first cycle. I've never done any ass before and I've been going to the gym for around 5 years. I used to be always in a good shape but since my new job requires me to travel a lot and my working hours is uncertain. I quit going to the gym for almost a year. I went from 14% to 25% BF at that time. Now i've been constantly hitting the weights again for almost 5 months and already achieved great results. Now I'm at 71kg with 18-20% BF from a 76KG. My target is to get to 10-12% BF and thats why i'm gonna do a Clen and T3 cycle in for 6 weeks starting from 14/09/15. Here is my stats:

26yo/5'8ish/BF around 18-20% with mainly belly fat :D

I never counted my calorie, but here is what my diet looks like:

Morning: Oatmeal mix w/ protein and 1tbs of peanut butter (fish oil, cla and multi)
Snacks: Banana w/ 5 egg whites
Noon: Chicken breast w/ vegetables and rice (fish oil, cla and multi)
Right After Workout: 1 scoop of protein shake
1-1.5 hour After Workout: Chicken breast w/ vegetables and sweet potato
Snacks: Banana w/ 5 egg whites (fish oil, clad and multi)
Before Bed: 1 Scoop of protein shakes, 1 serving plain natural yoghurt

Note: I tried this 2 years ago for 4-5 months when i was cutting and manage to get to around to 14% BF, i can clearly see upper and mid abs but boy that lower abs was well covered lol

what my workout looks like:
Monday Legs and Biceps
Tuesday Chest, Triceps, 30 minutes HIIT cardio, abs
Wednesday Back, Biceps, 30 minutes HIIT cardio
Thursday Shoulders, Triceps, 30 minutes HIIT cardio, abs
and then repeat from Legs and Biceps on to the next day. I like to keep my workout routine different, first week heavy sets with lower reps (6-8), second week moderate weight with 12-15 reps. I just feel it better doing it like that lol, and usually i keep it around 5-6 exercise per major muscle group with 4 sets of each.

what my cycle looks like:

WEEK 1-2:

CLEN 40/40/40/40/60/60/60/60/80/80/80/80/100/100
T3 25/25/25/25/50/50/50/50/50/50/50/50/50/50
Liv52 3 caps ED

WEEK 3-4

CLEN OFF
T3 75 ED (Should i'd be worried taking it this high?)
Liv52 3 caps ED

WEEK 5-6
CLEN 40/40/40/60/60/60/60/80/80/80/80/100/100/100
T3 50/50/50/50/50/50/50/25/25/25/25/25/25/25
Liv52 3 caps ED

So thats it, any suggestion? and btw, I've done my research long ago and i've read countless thread regarding Clen and T3. So please don't advise me to go do some more research because i've done it :D . Also yes i know i can do this just by dieting and working hard in the gym, it's just that i wanted to try something knew and hopefully this will open up my mind to finally do some test inject later on :devil:

Note:
- I i can't have taurine, can it be replaced with magnesium supplement?
- I'm gonna take all the clean in one serving after breakfast, for the T3 maybe after snacks AM and PM if 50mg or above. Suggestion?

- I would take magnesium and potassium; make sure to drink lots of water too.

- I like your dosage timing a lot for clen and T3. You mention taking T3 after snacks; how long afterward? Many people like to take it on an empty stomach or around 2 hours after eating to improve absorption; 0.5-1 hour before eating would accelerate absorption too.
 
I hate people like you, you are healthy, yet still lazy and dont even lift...start training hard consistently for once and once you cant get any further naturally go ahead and take whatever you want. I almost died 8 months ago, many if my organs dont even work still my stats are better than yours...hope I dont get banned lol

I was planning 1 hour after snacks, would that be good George?
Thanks for the advice on Taurine replacement, because i can't seem to find any Taurine supplement here where i live. I will be sure to take a magnesium and potassium supps and two bananas everyday. :D

Stay tuned man, gonna start tomorrow. Just had my yearly company medical checked today so i'm all good for tomorrow! pics fill follow tomorrow, and i will post pic progress every week to see how much my body has changed if any hehe. :D
 
Today is my first day, already took the clen this morning after breakfast and just took the T3 after snacks. Going to the gym at 12.30 PM hitting some shoulders, triceps, abs and some light cardio. Definitely gonna stick to the clen dosage that i have outlined above, just taking 40mg already i can feel the effects of it.
 
I was going to ask what kind of sides to you have from the clen? I've heard so much crap about how T3 can fuck you up (which everything pretty much will) but what kind of sides should you look out for with it, if any? Good luck bro.

I don't know yet about the T3, this is just the second day i'm taking it. Maybe later after i finished 2 weeks of clen, when the dosage i'm using is around 75mcg i will know better. For now the effects i felt since using clen (i know its clen because i take it first thing in the morning before anything else) is my heart rate is increased, i felt hot don't know why, i'm sweating more and yes muscle cramps. Didn't expect to feel the muscle cramps so early on my cycle, then again..maybe it's just my feelings lol :))
 
Hello everyone, crazy 2nd day. Yesterday i got called to work at 4pm and just got home from work now today at 12 PM, since i was working i can't bring my clen and T3 so that sucks. I just have it now about 30 minutes ago, going to do legs and biceps today maybe around 3.30 PM. I've already taken a picture, will upload it today. :verygood:
 
T3 should really only be given once a day in the morning before a meal on an empty stomach because so little of it is absorbed, food decreases the absorption drastically so for consistent dosing defiantly on an empty stomach. Also, did I read "50mg"? I hope you meant mcg. The decimal place being off by 3 is sort of a big deal. 50mg is 1000 times as much as 50mcg and T3 is dosed in mcg. May want took into that. If you got 50mg tabs it's hard to cut those into 1000 pieces.

That's exactly what ive done today. Ive been doing some research and thats what ive come to conclude also. So from now on i'm gonna take it first thing in the morning with my clen. Lol, my bad! Its mcg not mg :D .
 
Cant believe this, ive been trying to post picture since yesterday but always failed. Pls senpai teach me how to post pic because im getting frustrated lol
 
This is my 5th day, posted a log on day 3 but for whatever reason it wasn't posted. Day 4th i think my body is starting to get used to the clen hence minimal side effect hehe. I just upped my clen and t3 dosage today, feeling good in the gym, seems i have so much energy and less shaking, no more cramps since I've taken magnesium sups and a lot of water. Cant wait for the 7th day, will be posting new stats update, if any lol.

I'm definitely getting leaner, but considering the progress I've made i'm still afraid of when i'm off the clen and only on 75mcg T3 for 2 weeks it will eat out all my muscle? considering to add Var from the 3rd week for six weeks, any suggestion?
 
Day 6th, feeling good! working out is absolutely amazing, my energy is to the roof and i think is because of the clen, upped my dosage to 60mcg Clen and 50mcg T3. Diet is still on course, did one cheat meal yesterday, one beef kebab haha.

My waist is definitely getting slimmer, upper abs starting to show, getting more veins on my arms. Overall, i love this stuff. Any suggestion on the Var?
 
Day 7th, went to my friend wedding reception last night and i f**king ate everything, today also i decided to splurge on some chips, cake and candys :(( . Had to up my dosage to 80mcg clen today because when i try to cut the tablet in to two, it just crushed and i decided to take it all haha. Feeling great though, the energy i get from clen is amazing. Gonna go to the gym around 4.30pm, maybe then take a weekly picture and stats. cheers
 
Day 8th and 9th, still got a lot of work to do. I decided to skip the 60mcg clen dosage and just bumped it to 80mcg because i absolutely love the energy i get from it, and yeah i can handle the cramps and shakes. After 1 week strangely i'm getting bigger don't know why, i weight in at 71.9kg but definitely getting leaner, obliques are starting to show and my arms are getting more definition. haven't taken a new picture yet, but will definitely will after i'm done with the 2nd week. And for those whose saying you can take clen and t3 and not diet and do cardio and loose weight, are delusional hehe. For the 2nd week i'm gonna upped my cardio to 30-45 mins of HIIT, because the 1st week i only do 15mins low intensity. My target is to loose 1 to 1.25kg every week for 8 weeks, so already finished 1 week, 7 weeks to go! :p
 
Day 10th, after taking clen and t3 i did a morning workout on an empty stomach just to try something different. My energy level is still the same, no tiredness at all. Did 30mins HIIT cardio and felt just fine, so i don't know where the bad rep clen got on cardio. Because it seems to help me a lot hehe. I wanted to post pic but it seems i have to link it or make the size smaller, so need to learn more on how to post pic lol (ps: lazy) .
Tomorrow and for the rest of the 4 days left, i'm gonna take 120mcg Clen and 50mcg T3.
 
I've been so busy with work this couple of days, didn't really have time to post logs. Gonna do it tonight, my workout has really suffered though since i'm not on clen or is it because the T3 don't know yet. Taking 75mcg of T3 since week 3 started, and what i notice is that i'm tired almost everyday, cravings are killing me lol, had a couple of cheat meal with my gf already :big grin:

My weight right now is 70kg, gonna push more on the cardio and check that diet.
 
Week 3, Day 6th! Just finished my workout, Back and Abs today and trying some FST7 workout just to try and keep my body from getting used to the same exercise. Also I've tried using a pre workout that my friend gave me and overall i felt awesome today in the gym, my hands and shoulders are really getting more vascular, chest are getting more shape, belly? little improvement on obliques and upper abs, lower abs? still need to work hard lol. I can definitely see where i'm going to be at the end of this cycle, and a 10-12% BF is achievable. Maybe just maybeeeee if i really push on the cardio and clean up my diet for the rest of the 3 weeks, i'm pretty sure i can get below 10%.

And for you guys whose waiting for pic progress, be patient lol i'm still trying to learn how to post it and edit the background so no one would know who i am. who knows? i might be your neighbour and we live in the same block, that would be awkward lol :worried: :worried:
 
As anyone who is familiar with me knows, im not a huge clen fan lol.But im following. i look foward to the progress pics
