clen effective or do the sides out-weight the positives?

It's not that great. It's just another crutch for people without the testicular fortitude to tighten up their diet and cardio routine.

response to clen varies, for some people its great (good fat loss and low to moderate sides- some people like the sides) for others its mostly just sides (jitters, cramping, dehydration,etc)

its a compound worth trying, but usually the first time is the best. So if you did not see much from it the first time, probably not worth using again (though you could be the exception)


if you take clen
reccomend
Potassium 800-1200mg
magnesium-600-800mg
Taurine 3-5 grams
ALCAR-2-4 grams
you may also need a stim like Cardio breeze or caffeine- as it can cause lethargy (with intermittant jitteryness)

you are right bro. I endure, but clen f**king cramps me up. I can do a potassium wasting diuretic like Lasix with less cramping than clen. Be aware of any clen not in blister packs.......

HEY NOW.. thats not nice.. I resemble that remark. ;)

at least I used to. I bought just about every fat loss product out there. biggest downfall is not dialing in the diet. so very easy to THINK you are eating well. then you log it all in Fitday and crunch your numbers through a bmr calc and OOPS... maybe i wasnt eating even near sensibly.

now that I have my diet all planned out and eating by the book (2 months tomorrow, yay me) and you know that you can stick to it, I think this is when the dieting products such as clen will work their magic.

Clen was pretty much all sides for me before... lazy and shakey, I even collapsed in my kitchen once! ~talk about unhealthy~

I still have 2 AG bottles untapped... i wonder if I should try again... :rolleyes:

Totally agree, but what isn't. Most of the shrimps around these parts would grow more on my diet then they ever will on 1g a week of whatever they are taking. I saw a post the other day of a guy @ 170lbs doing OVER 2g's of combined gear..on this site none the less. Priceless shit.

Clen is better saved for comp prep if you compete, if you don't then you shouldn;t need it. A good OTC thermo is just as good IMO.
 
DNP and ECA > Clen and T3 with LESS sides.........


disclaimer-this is as long as you are RESPONSIBLE with DNP...
 
Ive had little success with Clen alone (at 100mcg absolutely no sides at all except a high pulse.. wtf ??? And it was Spiropent).

I am now on an homemade ECA stack with t3 @ 50mcg a day, and Im seeing some results. I'm anxious at seeing what T3 and Clen will do together.

Ive heard DNP can kill you though .. Id definitely read a lot lot lot before starting it, but I hear it beats the crap out of every other fat loss drugs.
