I can blow up to monster size. Look like Olympic slob rather than bodybuilder. Can also lean way down and look like fit runner. (gag)
Want to have a more admirable, very fit look ... 6' and 210 with low, low fat.
Did lots of reading of 1950 and 1960 bodybuilders for some insights.
Trying an "old school" cycle and seeing results in first week:
- Using Steve Reeves routine from his "Classic Physique" book.
- Have eliminated all white flour and white sugar products.
- Upped all fresh vegs, fruit and protein.
- Added one 5 mg of anavar every 12 hours.
Results showing in first week with more shape and increased body weight of 2 pounds. Probably lost some fat. Not picking up water.
I'm hoping for more of this over next 3-4 weeks.
