so what is supporting the bar? if it is not on your taps wouldent you have to bend over more....the bar is going to be inline with your heal or a little between heal and mid foot.... if you put the bar lower you can keep the line of center the same.. but you have to bend over farther if you dont bend over farther then the bar will want to roll down your back...has no support... the bar would be on an incline...and be hard to keep ahold of using your arms..
