do you think you guys can always tell if they are fake?

I can always feel the difference. I prefer real breasts because I dislike the fact that the woman looses a lot if not all the feeling in her nipples. My girl has fake breasts and I like everything about them except for the fact they're as useless as a dick on a priest....they're for show only and thats sad. I wish she had her old breast back they were so much fun. I miss having hard nipples in my mouth.

That kinda describes me. I had a lift/reduction with implants under the muscle. Under a shirt without a bra you can't tell I had any work done. The shape is a perky natural and they feel natural since I had a lot to start with to begin with. I'm acually smaller now than I was before surgery, just a better shape and feel. Unfortunately I need to go in for corrective surgery on the scars, disolvable stitches don't agree with me well. Thank goodness for sexy lingerie and dermablend make-up.

Thank goodness the scar issue wasn't there for me. With 4 kiddies at 23 years old my boobies took a beating. I went from a 34c to a 36DD (DAMN). I had a lift\reduction done also. Now I am back to my 34c. I had small silicone implants put in and you can't even tell. The bounce and are SUPER soft. Hubby swars to me that you can't tell I have anything.
