I can always tell if they're real or fake.

That said, real generally beats fake, but there are a lot of good boob jobs where it doesnt much matter.

Shape and overall look far more important than size. Love tear drop shaped boobies bestest

I say to each her own. I don't think that would be for me at this stage in the game but I have no problem with adults doing as they wish (though giving breast augmentation to 16-18 year old girls as gifts gives me the creeps...I wasn't even done growing then).
 
disproportionately large boobs are the biggest turn on for me

to a point obviously... like when a girl shhould proportionately have a Bcup, and she has a medium sized C cup... then we're in business!

The mentality of the female wanting to look sexy(ier) or wanting to please a man is what makes fake boobs a little more attractive. It`s all in the mind.

Just like the women on EF, their fitness mindset is a turn on because of their attitude.

I prefer real, but if fake is done well, and not like two rocks on top of her chest, then I could make an exception.

I'd have to say a nice natural 36C "Pouting" pair is right up my alley.

Looks great with a bra on, but thats easy. As far as I know they could fall to her knees when it comes off. Not saying that it does.
 
Fake tits look great under a shirt, they sometimes look great without the shirt but they almost never feel great when you put your paws all over them.

Real all the way.
 
If it looks fake then it's uggly. It's the same reason why I hate fake roof scoop on Civics, fake silencers...
 
As long as they look and feel natural! If done properly and sized right for a womens body they look great.

I have...Not perfect but damn near .... :) If the doc overfills the implant to much that is what causes them to feel firm. If under the muscle and with the right amount of fill, you can get a damn near perfect natural feeling breast. :)

Of course... nothing beats natural. Some women are blessed.. some of us aren't :rolleyes:

I can always feel the difference. I prefer real breasts because I dislike the fact that the woman looses a lot if not all the feeling in her nipples. My girl has fake breasts and I like everything about them except for the fact they're as useless as a dick on a priest....they're for show only and thats sad. I wish she had her old breast back they were so much fun. I miss having hard nipples in my mouth.
 
Real bobbies feel better when you touch them. But fake boobies look better when you see them and when they are bouncing...I prefer fake. And if they are giants its better.
 
I prefer real, but fake is fine if proportionate and they leave some skin so they hang some.
 
Gotta be real man. I like to fug em tooo much and slaming fake tits is just strange to me. It's like in my mind I know I am screwing to bags full of silecone.
 
I have seen fake ones that I would swear were real if not for their size, then I've seen a pair of fakes that literally felt like grabbing my delt...no give at all.

That kinda describes me. I had a lift/reduction with implants under the muscle. Under a shirt without a bra you can't tell I had any work done. The shape is a perky natural and they feel natural since I had a lot to start with to begin with. I'm acually smaller now than I was before surgery, just a better shape and feel. Unfortunately I need to go in for corrective surgery on the scars, disolvable stitches don't agree with me well. Thank goodness for sexy lingerie and dermablend make-up. ;)

Thank goodness the scar issue wasn't there for me. With 4 kiddies at 23 years old my boobies took a beating. I went from a 34c to a 36DD (DAMN). I had a lift\reduction done also. Now I am back to my 34c. I had small silicone implants put in and you can't even tell. The bounce and are SUPER soft. Hubby swars to me that you can't tell I have anything.

Good luck with the next surgeries !!

I prefer to play with real ones because they are so soft and natural - fake boobs are nice to look at but then again so are nice natural ones :)

Fake ones can be of very high quality but nothing beats the genuine and all natural ones
 
I've been dissapointed with breast until recently.

Either small <B and firm

Or large >D and floppy hanging all over the place.

Current interest has very nice perky Cs.

I'm more of n assman. I'll settle for a perky set of large bs' or small c's with a healthy side of ass anyday. I've only been with two chics that had big boobs. One fake the other natural, they both had "lazy" nipples.

not true.. well, not all fake tits are like that. I have implants and I have more comments that they look natural than I ever expected. Even feel natural. Depends on how much the doc overfills the implant, how big, etc... I wanted them as natural as possible and I had a wonderful doc that knew what he was doing.

Hate em, its as lame as a guy getting a dick enlargement in my book.

If Im dating someone who gets em, its over because the only reason they would be getting them would be to attract somebody else, somebody unlike myself.
 
well, I gotta say yes cause my wife is so self conscious of hers that she wants fake ones as soon as I can afford them... notice i said when "I can afford them" :worried:
 
My wife just had hers done and so far i love them....she had a great surgeon perfect size for her body
 
I don't like them, but if the girl was completely flat, then I would support her if she decided to get small implants. I hate those giant ones they look terrible

I even dislike big, natural breast.

Guess I'm weird. I do like big nipples though.
