chest and bis together??

I was working out my chest and tris on the same day for about 3-4 months. I got great results now my body i think is building up a tolerance or something. Over the summer i was doing chest and bis shoulders and tris and got great results. I was also not eating a lot of protein and not workout out righ ti was doing chest and bis every other day and same with shoulders and ris Than someone told me that that wa swrong i think my body though was working really good for growth with that. tell me what you think heres my schedule for this week -jan

Sunday-Chest/bis
Monday-Shoulders/tris
Tues-off
wednesday-legs/lats
Thursday-chest/bis
friday-shoulders/tris
sat-off
 
Your split looks like overtraining IMO.

I would suggest something like this:

Chest, Bis
Legs
Rest
Back, Traps
Shoulders, Tris
Rest
Rest
 
I just like doing chest and bis because after a chest workout I'm too shot to hit my triceps really hard. Different things work for different people.

yes, the 2 on 1 off, 2 on 2 off has worked for me. when i'm on though i like to go 5 on 2 off, but if i were you i wouldnt hit any body part more than once a week.
 
just for comparison sake....

My training split look like this.

Monday- traps,arms
tues-chest,back
wed-off
thurs-legs
friday-shoulders,arms
weekends off

I am 265+ @6foot. I trained like you do for years bro but once I started taking more time off I started gaining more...

Monday: Chest, Tris, Abs
Tuesday: Back, Bis
Wednesday: Off, Abs at home
Thursday: Legs
Friday: Shoulders, Traps, Abs
 
why not 2 a week i do around 3 sets hould i just do like 5-10 sets once a week??work them really hard and then just resta??thank alot

You are only doing 3 sets per muscle group? Yeah, you should do like 9-12 sets on each muscle group. Then you should only do this once a week.

?? how does this look if it is too many exercises for bis than why is doin 4 exercises 3sets any different?? thanks a lot

I've always had good luck doing chest and delts together, since the two parts work together so much. You need to stick with what works for you and forget the guy down the street.
