New guy here with a question -
How in the
hell do I get abs like that without spending a bunch of money on some program? Is this ginetics, or hours upon hours of nasty sit ups?
Another question, (I'm new, still learning the basics of lifting) -
I'm in great shape, but 've been trying to eat more protein to pack on the muscle, because my metabolism is crazy. How many grams of protien should I be taking daily? (Im 160 lbs, 5'11")
