Like I said before I only did an 8 week cycle of Dbol back in College... I have been lifting heavy and eating large for the past 8 years... All the hard work payed off when I dropped the fat and was left with the lean body mass I spent years building up... I should have done it sooner, i just did not know how to do it!

My brother in law looks similar to when you were fat. He can lift a shitload, and has always been natty. He can skip a year at the gym and still bench 315. He'd look great if he lost 70 lbs also. Gear, no gear, who fucking cares. The guy obviously trains hard and looks good. Amazing how many critics don't offer their pics!

You should show my photos to your brother in law it might motivate him to drop a couple of lbs... it took me a while to figure out there is a big difference between mass and lean mass and that I could not flex fat!

The thing is I can get rid of my hair in 10 minutes but chances are you will never have the physique I do
