Today makes two week since I started keto and my first cheat meal. I just had a large thin crust supreme from pizza hut, a can of Dr Pepper heritage, 1/2 pint of blue bell banana pudding ice cream, and a piece of my meme's home made cheese cake. I feel fucking high lol

What reason is that? So far it's been the easiest diet I've ever followed. This will prolly be my first and only dirty cheat. From here out will be nothing but simple carbs with limited fats. Waffles and syrup, kids cereal, pancakes, oats, potatoes, fruits, etc

Tomorrow's Chest/Shoulders/Tris and I am expecting a ridiculous pump. To be honest today was the first day I really felt super flat and depleted. I think a lot of that has to do with the SARMs.
