Tastes like a $2 steak that is 3 days old and cold. No matter how much you stir, mix or blend that shit doesn't mix. It just collects like watery lumpy gristle.

I got about 2 swallows down and went to gagging and retching in the sink.

mix it with natural peanut butter and honey,add some crushed nuts ,raisins warm stir all together put in the fridge like needto's better protein bars,don't use too much,i would say compared to a bag of needto's bars ,about half that should be just right!beats throwing away.

Hey, at the time it wasn't a bad idea. High in protein, B12 and natural iron. Cheap too. But comparing it (or anything else) to GEAR is like comparing a 12" black and white tube telivison to a 52" flat screen HD. There's just no argument you can make for that.
