Cardio Question

I think that depends on
1. how much fat a person has in comparison to how much muscle
2. the genetic makeup of the person
3. body type (ectomorph , endomorph , mesomorph)
4. the persons metabolic rate (BMR ,RMR)

You can't say one is broken down before the other statically ... makes no sense
 
hey jkurlz why such the hostility against us cardio bunnies? =). I do spinning class 5xs a week and have noticed tremendous differences even when my diet wasn't that great. But I do have to say.....when I see those women on the elliptical machine for like two hours and aren't sweating I kind of feel bad. They kind of look like a hamster on a wheel thinking that one of these days they are actually going to get somewhere.

I think doing a spinning class does wonders for shedding body fat, but do it on an empty stomach, keep a healthy diet, and lifting weights to keep your strength and muscle mass is ideal.

But what do I know I am just a stupid cardio bunny....right jkurlz =)
