hey jkurlz why such the hostility against us cardio bunnies? =). I do spinning class 5xs a week and have noticed tremendous differences even when my diet wasn't that great. But I do have to say.....when I see those women on the elliptical machine for like two hours and aren't sweating I kind of feel bad. They kind of look like a hamster on a wheel thinking that one of these days they are actually going to get somewhere.
I think doing a spinning class does wonders for shedding body fat, but do it on an empty stomach, keep a healthy diet, and lifting weights to keep your strength and muscle mass is ideal.
But what do I know I am just a stupid cardio bunny....right jkurlz =)
