Cardio on empty stomach?

BCAA and water bro, no calories...just gives you a little positive nitro w/out any food fuel. I don't know, I personally will never do cardio again w/out taking BCAA in the am w/cardio..big diff. for me

I have found that using yes and cardio breeze before your morning cardio gives you better results also.
 
I'm so friggin weak and sluggish in the morning. I've tried it for a couple weeks. It seems like I just walk for the 25 min then lightly sprint on/off during the last 20 minutes (only because I know it will be all over soon! lol). I can't stomach stimulants on an empty stomach either. Plus stimulants or "fat-burners" are catabolic. I also sit there and think about all the shit I have to get done that day and it pyschs me out a bit.

So my experience with morning cardio isn't good. I do it when I can. If I can't I do afternoon/evening cardio. I always wait at least 2 hours after eating.

Yeah. Like most said,morning cardio is the best. I recently changed to doing it right after I wake and have seen a big difference on results and I feel more energized all day. Next best time is after lifting but man it is a bitch to do.

Right! That stuff makes cardio a piece of cake!


Those who have a hard time in the AM getting started i highly reccommend this!
