yeah on a VW frame with a VW engine I think. First thing you notice is the key is on the wrong side.

It is an ok car but in this town, you don't want to be caught without the real thing. People take their classics serious here.

Now you've got to go buy the car you've always wanted. Find a Dealer that has one, and see what they'll give you on trade for it. Even if you're gonna take a loss on it alteast you'll have the car you really want.

Now, after the dealer gives you a value on your car tell him to up the price of the car you want to buy and then move that same amount over to your trade allowance to show that you're getting more than you paid for the car.

Then you can word it to your wife that this is really your dream car and you'd be stupid not to trade cuz you're making money on the deal.

That is actually a perfect plan. Didn't really want to spend the $150k on the orignaly right now - hence why I did not buy it myself to begin with but now I think I am forced to.
