Can you help me out with a bulking diet

Hey guys, I am trying to get as big as possible (aren't we all)-what is a sample day of eating if you were trying to get in 4-6000 cals? Any advice is appreciated, thanks
 
MEAL 1
1+ cup Oatmeal
1 cup cottage cheese
1 banana

MEAL 2
1 cup cottage cheese
4 slices whole grain bread
2 Tbsp. Peanut Butter

MEAL 3
8oz chicken breast or turkey breast
1 cup (3 cups cooked) of brown rice

DURING WORKOUT:
Ultra Fuel

MEAL 4 (post workout meal)
8 oz. skim milk (mix with protein shake)
Triple Threat 3/60 protein shake
16 oz 100% grape juice with glutamine

MEAL 5
8oz chicken breast or turkey breast
1 cup (3 cups cooked) of brown rice

MEAL 6
3 cans tuna or 8oz chicken
4 slices whole grain bread

MEAL 7
8-10oz.Steak
1 cup brown rice (3 cups cooked)
some type of veggie (spinach, broccoli)

TOTALS
cal 5000+ (probably more, this is a rough estimate)
fat 68.5
carb 513 (probably more, this is a rough estimate)
protein 428 (probably more, this is a rough estimate)

That was my diet last bulking cycle...

2 large potatoes
1lb chicken

post training
50g simple sugars + 50g whey

meal #5
3 cups of brown rice
1lb steak

500g protein
500g carbs
50-100g fats (depending on how lean the steak you get, top round and eye round are the leanest ones)

protein powders can be bought very inexpesively from protein factory

rice cooker is very hand to prep your rice and have easy access to it all day long

pizza and fried chicken come in once you cant get enouph calories from clean foods to maximize your gains, 5000cals per day is not that hard to get from clean foods
