can u bech press 475 naturaly?

Those short fat guys have it made in the shade.... I am a little taller at about 6'2

I am right around 475 for a raw max right now (+/-5 lbs) and I have always been natty.... But reps is something to aspire to for sure....!

Sebass is right though, tested, does not mean natty, and once someone goes the juice route, they are never natty again....
 
I've seen plenty of athletes bench 450+ that natty. I know they were not on AS because they probably thought their dick would shrink. I've seen 500 once from an natty. He was one of those 6'2 290 super athletic football players. He could dunk, lift a shit load but hardly tried. I was jealous!
 
You never know that someone is natural unless that someone is yourself.
 
I would've never gone over 400 natural. Matter of fact I haven't hit that juiced yet but should by year end.
 
just from my experience, all the "natural" guys I've know to rep with that much weight have been fatties. I'd rather look good anyday than get fat just to bench a certain weight.

Agreed. I could care-a-less about how much I can lift. My lazy ass wouldn't touch a weight if I could maintain this body without doing so.. screw that.
 
Having talked to alot of the powerlifters on the training board, who told me that I was a liar and there is no way I benched 455 at a bodyweight of 220 on 100 mg of prop ed, and 50 mg of tren ed, so I would have to say its impossible.
 
In my hay day of lifting I hit 425 for a max raw.....now in ole age I hit 475-485 with a shirt.....so I suppose it is, I was natural till age 30.
