well..you HAVE lost a lot of weight on such short time...but seeing as i dont know how you looked then and now its hard to tell. how much calories did you go down when you started dieting down? where did you take these calories from? you eating enough good fat? slow carbs?
thanks, happyscrappy was just telling me to keep the protein high too. I guess I'll try adding another chicken breast and protein shake a day. Why cut the carbs, though?

I think I cut my calories by only about 500, but its hard to say since I wasn't so careful about what I ate before I started dieting. Also, I never did cardio before and i started that at the same time I started my diet. otherwise, I think I'm eating good foods now -- I get my fat from flax seed oil, olive oil and peanut butter, carbs from brown rice, oatmeal and the stuff in my MRPs, protein from milk, eggs, tuna and chicken.
there is you answere right there..if you started a diet, cardio AND ECA at the same time you are BOUND to loose alot of weight..including muscle...next time do it gradually...start the diet..wait a few weeks..start cardio...dont start all at once

Sounds like too much cardio to me. I'm sure the diet and eca weren't helping matters. See how little you can get away with. I believe cardio is way over rated and if you're not careful you can sacrifice a lot of muscle becuz of it.
